Bought an EnergyMax 160 Extreme last week. Today is my second day burning coal. I am building a house so this stove is heating the space for sheet rock and finish work until the heating system is installed.
Last night the stove went out during the night and left coal chunks and ash inside the stove. The chunks looked like they burned but we're not consumed. Tonight I have a good fire so I will check it tomorrow when I get to the site.
I do like it, and think I will learn to burn coal. I just need to be more patient.
